1. What we collect

Only the minimum needed to run the site: the name, email and phone you volunteer via the contact form, plus anonymised session data from Google Analytics (masked IP, browser type, pages visited).

2. Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry within one business day, to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it, and to draft accurate technical proposals when you book a consultation.

3. Who we share it with

Never sold. We use vetted processors only — Google Analytics for measurement and our corporate mailbox (G-Suite) for inbound contact forms. All are covered by GDPR-aligned data-processing agreements.

4. Retention

Contact-form submissions are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted automatically. Analytics are retained for the 14-month default Google window.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy or full deletion of your data at any time by emailing help@smartleadtech.com. We reply within 7 business days.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies only (to remember your preferred language) and analytics cookies via Google Analytics. You may disable them in your browser without breaking the site.
